METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following methods of payment -

1) Paypal
Please make any Paypal payments to popclassics@hotmail.co.uk

2) Cash
We can only accept UK pound sterling cash if sent by a method that requires a signature on delivery. If sending cash you do so at your own risk.

3) Personal cheques
This method of payment is available to UK customers only. Please make cheques payable to D.Jones. Cheques take 5 days to clear. Unfortunately personal cheques from overseas customers will not be accepted.

4) Postal Orders
Available to UK customers only. Please make payable to D.Jones and ensure that all postal orders have been crossed.

5) Bankers Draft
This is a cheque issued and guaranteed by a bank. Your bank will arrange payment by this method for you. Please ensure that the draft is made payable in UK pound sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

POSTAGE and PACKAGING.

The cost of postage and packaging is additional and charged at cost, please contact us for a quote.

EUROPE AIR MAIL: 1 x LP = £4.00, 2 x LP = £5.50, 3 x LP = £7.50, 4 x LP = £9.00, 5 x LP £10.20, 6 x LP = £11.40, 7 x LP = £15.00.

ALL NON EU COUNTRIES: 1 x LP = £6.50, 2 x LP = £9.00, 3 x LP =£11.75, 4 x LP = £14.50, 5 x LP £17.20, 6 x LP = £20.00, 7 x LP = £23.00.

Shipping prices for 45s
UK: 1 x 45 = £2.00 (each additional 45 = £1 extra).
EUROPE AIR MAIL: 1 x 45 = £3.50 (each additional 45 = £1 extra).
ALL NON EU COUNTRIES: 1 x 45 = £5.00 (each additional 45 = £1 extra).

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR INSURANCE ON TOP OF THESE CHARGES IF WE CONSIDER IT A RISK TO SEND WITHOUT INSURANCE. All orders are despatched with records separated from their jackets. Cardboard stiffeners are used to prevent the record from bending during transit. Larger orders are surrounded with a thick polystyrene custom made pack and cardboard.
Please note: A box set with 3 LPs will generally have the same shipping price as 4 LPs above, 4 LP box set the same as 5 LPs, etc., although in certain cases this will not apply.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will aim to resolve the problem with you and if the goods are damaged we will either ask you to retain them so that the Post Office or courier company can inspect them or return them to us. If asked to return them to us, please do so within 7 days. It is imperative that they are returned with the original packaging and sent back by the same method that they were despatched to you (i.e. recorded delivery/registered post etc). Please retain your proof of posting. We will refund this postage cost to you.
Please note, our overseas customers should NOT return any damaged goods to us, but wait for our instructions.

Please do not return the whole order if only one item is incorrect or damaged.
Any damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible. If we cannot replace or re-order the goods, a refund or credit note will be offered.

Lost parcels - UK customers
If your goods don't arrive within 14 days please contact us.

Lost parcels - Overseas customers
If your goods don't arrive within 28 days please contact us.
